I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) which includes understanding Neuroscience for Treating Anxiety, Panic, and Worry.
Anxiety is a complex emotional response that is similar to fear. Anxiety can limit people’s lives in many ways however, when anxiety interferes with our day to day lives it can become consuming. This is the point when talking to someone will help.
Anxiety Counselling can help you explore the cause of your feelings and with understanding offer you ways of coping so that you can restore balance in your life.
