Contact forms

Your personal data submitted to our administration team through the site contact form and appointment booking form will be kept securely for customer service purposes, but we will not use the information submitted for marketing purposes nor will we share the information with any third parties. All information will remain confidential at all times.

Website data is collected for Google Analytics which is managed in house by our professional team who will uphold and maintain the security and confidentiality of any data collected. The analytics are collected to check the site is functioning to the capacity Caroline Ellison Counselling requires for a robust website and this data will be used for future website management and updates only.

How long we retain your data

We will retain you data for a maximum of 7 years. If you want your data removing from our database please email and request for it to be removed.
